This Not Only Makes Good Business Sense, It Is the Right Thing To Do. Our People Get Along -- Like A Good Family. When We Have Problems, We Work Them Out. We Don’t Yell and Scream and Say Things We Regret Later. When We’re Wrong, We Admit It. After an Argument, We Make Up and Get Over It. We’re Family-Owned. Bruce and Pamela Raley Are the Owners, and We Work Here All the Time, Side by Side With the Employees. 2. We Keep A Clean Restaurant. Our Cooks Clean Up After Themselves, Constantly. We Have A Great Long-Term Reputation With the Harris County Public Health & Environment Services (The “health Department”). We Keep the Dining Room Clean Too, by Bussing Tables Quickly and Performing Our Side Duties Thoroughly Each Shift. We Are Happy To Show Customers the Kitchen. 3. We Serve Great Food. We’re Known for Our Terrific Pizza and Calzones. But, We Also Have A Gourmet Salad Bar and Outstanding Hot Wings.
